What are your staffed hours vs. member access hours?

MetroFlex Gym Tampa is accessible to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your key fob. Staff are on-site Mon–Thu 9AM–7PM, Fri 10AM–6PM, and Sat 10AM–3PM. Sunday is unstaffed but fully accessible to members.

Yes! Day passes are available for $20 and include 24/7 gym access and full equipment access. You can sign up online or stop by during staffed hours.

MetroFlex Gym Tampa is the first MetroFlex location in the state of Florida, now reopening at our new home at 1041 W Brandon Blvd. We are proud to bring the legendary MetroFlex iron culture — home of Ronnie Coleman and elite bodybuilders — to the Tampa Bay area.

What equipment do you have?

We have 70+ pieces of state-of-the-art equipment including free weights, plate-loaded machines, cables, cardio, and specialty powerlifting equipment. This is a serious iron facility.
